Developer license

Membership in the Presence+ Developer Network is a monthly subscription from True Presence, Inc., an Arizona 501(c)(3) doing business as Presence+. The membership gives a developer and their organization access to the SDK, the sandbox, the documentation and the review process; it does not transfer any ownership in the Network, the record or the data it holds, which remain with the nonprofit.

The SDK is closed source and licensed, not sold. Client data created by an application whose organization is not HIPAA and SOC 2 compliant is held in the Presence+ data store under the nonprofit's safeguards.
